Hello, this is a real life test about using an open platform for a proposal that will be resubmitted this year (we made it through the first round with our 2023 proposal, but heard it will not get to the final round with interviews in Brussels). Presumably this discussion topic is only for the proposing team who is getting tired of chasing emails, but maybe other folks might be interested in providing feedback. Let’s try this.

Have you invited the people on your mailing list to the Forum?
“invited the people on your mailing list” … er … not quite yet, is there a way to do this ? (that would be 10-15 people from the proposing team.
You have two options:
- Email Your Mailing List:
- Send an email to everyone on your mailing list with the URL of the WISE Forum. Since the page is open to the public, everyone can view it and decide whether they want to create an account.
- Use the Bulk Invite Feature:
- Click on your profile image in the top left corner, then select the last icon in the account menu. This will open a menu where you can click “invites.” On the invites page, there is a “bulk invite” button. You can upload a .csv file with your mailing list there.
In any case, since the webpage is publicly accessible, I think the first option is the easiest and the one I personally use.
