I showed this in less mature form at WISE this year. Thanks to the encouraging feedback there, I accelerated it to a paper.

Thanks @Fabrice and @Nick for the very helpful discussions that improved the paper.

Any suggestions for improvement are very welcome here and I can incorporate them in a few months during revision.
